I had a bad experience at this Dunkin’. The guy at the front, Cameron, was really rude. He acted like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about anything, customer service needs to improve.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience we just had was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we began ordering, the service was rude and unprofessional. The employee at the intercom, Payshence, was rushing us through our order and had a noticeably impatient tone. Horrible services. They gave me cold sandwiches. Bad customer service
I come here very often use to come here every day but in the last couple of months I have stopped the employees are rude they act like they don't want to work a smile goes a long way especially when you keep getting orders wrong
All the time there is something wrong with my order not once literally All the time like if i ordered two donuts they will give me one but the last visit i ordered my egg breakfast sandwiches and then they gave me a very cold solid egg and cold bread , I'll never cone back again
