The drive-through asking for a tip when I’m paying is actually crazy. How about Dunkin’ Donuts just pays their employees a livable wage
Edit 10/30/25 - It pains me to have to say this because I LOVE Dunkin and prefer them over the othe chains but this location has fallen so far off from what it was when it first opened. My order is wrong so often and the service so horrible that it got to the point I was scared to go there after I would place a new mobile order and the realized that's ridiculous to feel that way about a place I'm trying to give money for a service in return. I never go to Dunkin’s and will most likely never go again to this location. I was placing an online order and since I never go there, I had some questions. When I asked them they were not helpful at all. I was able to figure it out but how does the staff not know how to maneuver the app? When the order was completed I had to carry 4 drinks, 2 sandwiches and mini donuts on my won without a bag. It wasn’t until one of the girls saw me that she offered a cup holder.
Terrible location. I've only been twice and both times asked for the Munchkin bucket (assorted). The first time, I got home to find there were only 40 powdered sugar and 2 chocolate ones. The second time, my bucket only inclided 21 total. These buckets are to have 50. Neither time did anyone tell me they were out, and yet I was still charged the full price. Oh, and it was 7 and 6:30 in the morning, respectively. I didn't go back and ask for refunds, but will only go to other location from now on.
Yesterday my sister came over and wanted to surprise me with breakfast and a munchkin bucket. When we opened up the bucket, they only put in 20 munchkins instead of the 50 she was supposed to get and paid for. This is the second time they've done something like this. We'll never go back.
