Idk who works mid shift on Thursdays but everytime my drinks are horrible, always taste burnt or watered down
This Dunkin doesn’t seem to understand the concept of asking for light ice. I’m sorry I don’t want to pay $8 for half ice and foam. I’ve come here maybe ten times I kept giving the benefit of the doubt being a good sport. This morning again my drink was not light ice like I asked for it to be very light ice very kindly. I’m a little disappointed in my experience with this location. Normally I’m well taken care of with the staff but today was different; I tried to explain that the way my coffee looked wasn’t like how I’m used to getting it and they pretty much explained to me why I was wrong. I know what goes into the coffee that I order every other day…This sucks because I was making this location a “go-to” spot for myself. I left because I could tell they weren’t going to make the drink again no matter how much I explained it wasn’t right.... read more
