UPDATE- 3/29/25 I tried to go here again today. I don’t even know why 🤦♀️ waited 15 minutes inside after placing a mobile order. Only to be told sorry we lost your ticket for your order. Finally got it after 17 minutes of waiting. Second time I’ve been there and both times had horrible service. Today I went to drive thru. No other customers inside or outside. I never leave reviews but this is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. Would never go back. Truly the longest wait I’ve ever had at any “fast” food restaurant. Eventually I got the wrong order.
If the lady at the window today ( 3/19) would have gotten off the phone while standing there waiting on my food I would have left with the correct order. Third time getting horrible service here. Time to drive a little for a different Dunkin
I wouldn’t say this is the slowest Dunkin ever but the service is definitely slow. We had a mobile order but the drive thru took 16 minutes to get through. Probably on me for not walking in, but what’s the point of a drive through? Staff was friendly, but service overall was still slow
