waited 25 minutes for a donut while it was busy. when i walked up and said how long id been waiting, the lady told me i should’ve walked up before because they didn’t see the slip. i had waited for the massive line to die down before walking up. she acted like it was my fault she didn’t see the paper for it and got an attitude about it. i wasn’t mad, just saying i’d waited long enough to where i figured it’d got missed. her response- “well next time walk up sooner because we don’t usually see the papers for them. you should’... read more
