Normally, you don’t expect exceptional customer service at a Dunkin’, but today’s experience was completely different and far beyond what we expected. QUIANA provided truly outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and friendliness turned a simple visit into a great experience. We were very pleasantly surprised and want to thank QUIANA for her excellent customer service.
This place was good, today there two ladies they don't even know what they doing. Usually the service was fast and great. Now very slow, orer messed up, bitter coffee.

I have come to dunkin' donuts since I was a kid and they ALWAYS sold lemon filled donuts. You would have to early to get them because they would sell out. Key word being SOLD OUT. Now I'm told they don't sell them anymore but they now have guva filled! Seriously what has happened? They are bring in donut flavors for people from other countries and by doing that they get rid of one of Americans biggest! I mean it's like getting rid of Apple!
