Placed a mobile order. 3 drinks and one Summer bucket munchkin special. Arrived in drive thru. Drinks were ready, however the munchkins were not. Apparently they did not have enough ready. (50 munchkins that would have been in the order) I was asked if I would take what they have which was 30 munchkins. Hmmm…I paid for 50 but, asked to take 30? Nope. Then asked for a refund for the munchkins only. The manager was kind in explaining they could not refund the individual order but, could refund the entire order through the app.... read more
It's a chain store like every other one.
This Dunkin’ Donuts has the best Owner with grand reopening, including base painting and the first customer is getting free coffee for 100 days. On top of it I hope he knows that his day shift workers during the week are the best workers at any restaurant on the island, and I DoorDash to all of them. It doesn’t seem like he has much turnover employees and they are wonderful.
