Terrible experience tonight. The employee was slamming things around while making drinks and seemed irritated the whole time. Our coffee was basically milk with almost no coffee. When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do it because a manager wasn’t there and they were closing in 10 minutes. So we just left without a refund. Really disappointing, especially when Starbucks was literally the next right. Total waste of time and money.
About as bad customer service as I’ve ever seen. Not sure what’s going on here but the employees ignore customers and are rude when they do interact. Stood at the counter for a few minutes as if were invisible. Finally used the dreaded kiosk. Employee poured my coffee 2 feet away from me and then walked to the other end of the counter and told me it was down there. I still haven’t received my food. Regretting that I passed Starbucks up for this.
