Ordered light with milk does look like there is any milk at all. Apparently making a cup of coffee is a high pressure industry where brain power is in high demand.
I am writing to report a poor customer service and food handling experience My order from the drive-thru around 5:30 p.m. yesterday, Oct 30th, was incorrect. I only ordered two items, but the cashier (Eastern European) didn't use the confirmation screen, so I wasn't able to double-check it. On top of that, I saw her handling food with her bare hands, which is a health concern
It’s clean and newer inside, but the service is bad- not nasty, just inept and slow moving.
