My wife and I were there at 10:40AM on 9/1/2026. There was a gentleman in the front working the register who was extremely polite, talkative, and informed. His manners were impeccable. We try to watch what we eat but this experience will make us return sooner than later. To the owners, managers, and other managerial staff, please commend this employee, he was outstanding and the epitome of customer service.
When i go Mon-thur in the morning at 6 never a problem. But that Friday and Saturday crew that work around 12 . My drink is never mixed! I always get the dunkin zero and they get a attitude when I say can you mix it.
I’ve been coming to Dunkin for years and specifically I’ve been getting the loaded hashbrowns with cheese and bacon since they came out. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s and have them and I know what to expect. It’s loaded hashbrowns so the cheese should be melted and warm. However, at this location, I’ve stopped on multiple locations in the morning to get loaded hashbrowns before I go to work and it’s always extremely cold. During the day, especially in the mornings, the food and service are spot on, but lately in the evenings, it is hit or miss. This is the third time I have ordered a hot medium coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. What I received was a barely warm cup of old coffee that tasted like it had been in the pot for an hour. In the past, I would make it known the next morning. No one has ever apologized or offered a refund or a free coffee.
