Staff is typically very professional and friendly but they mess up my order every single time. I ask for caramel, I’m getting French vanilla. I ask for a donut with no sprinkles and 9/10 times, I'm getting sprinkles. I wish more attention was given to detail.
Today is Tuesday, March 24, 2026 time is 3:45 PM. I am leaving a one star review because of the Customer service of the two young ladies that was working there and once I received the two donuts I ordered they were dry and I asked her at the window did she have a fresh doughnut and her reply was our donuts get delivered in the morning this is all we have and walked away. We will never go there again!
This location is terrible. Unprofessional staff. I've been here maybe 3 times and every time they are always rude. It's like I'm an inconvenience to even be there.
Great location. Wish they're open longer though.
