They need to get rid of the new staff!!!!
This location is absolutely disgusting and rude. The customer service here is unacceptable. Nobody is making the employees stay there. So to shove my drinks and food in my hand and slam the glass door AFTER me and my boyfriend was nice to them is madly disrespectful. Mind you, everyone here is around my age (19-23) there should be no reason as to why these young men and women act like that. No home training.
Dunkin’ Review The iced coffee tasted like water with a little coffee and a lot of ice. It had almost no flavor. The customer service was also very disappointing. When I told them I didn’t like the drink they made, the staff became loud and aggressive instead of trying to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I won’t be returning.
First they delayed me , told me to park at second window and I waited a while only for someone to bring out coffee and said have a nice day, I had to call out to her to let her know I didn’t get my food yet, then she went back in and someone else brought my food. I already drove almost 2 miles before I realized they gave me the wrong order. This is the second time my order has been wrong and I am so pissed. I won’t be going to this location anymore.
