Incredibly rude and mean drive through cashier and to top it off she forgot half of my order. I paid $45 for $20 worth of food. Absolutely ridiculous.
I always feel like super privileged to get a chance to stop in with the old man after an appointment. Unfortunately prices continue to rise, it's inevitable the way the economy is showing out. Just wish we could go back to Open Kettle's 5 cent donuts and 10 cent coffee's. 😩
I ordered a donut, coffee and hash browns.. I didn't get a receipt and had to ask for my hash browns since the girl forgot.. they were burnt to a crisp!
A great place for a quick bite on the run!
⭐ 1/5 Stopped through the drive-thru real quick before getting a ride request. Of course, right as I pulled off I got a ride — so there was no turning around to go back and fix it. When I checked my food, my bacon was burnt to an absolute crisp. Because I drive for a living, I don't always have the luxury of going back to complain in person. Dunkin' needs to get it right the first time. Very disappointing.
