We ordered an untoasted plain bagel, a hazelnut nut coffee with cream and sugar, and a caffeine free refresher. We got a toasted bagel, a black coffee, and a refresher with caffeine, after waiting 10 min for service. The last time we came we ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was burnt such that we had to reorder. Unfortunately, there is no quality control at this location and no place to leave a message.
If you dont know a lick of spanish your order will not be right. You have to repeat yourself multiple times and somehow your order still gets wrong. The last few times my hot coffee has tasted sour like its used with expired creamer. Dont go here at all better off going to the one on university drive or even in sunderland!!
I recently moved to the area and switched to this Dunkin’ because it’s the closest location to me. After going here for a little over 2 weeks, I honestly have had enough. This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. My order is almost never correct, especially my coffee. If I order a hot coffee, I get iced. If I ask for sugar, I get none.
