Couldn't even handle a simple 5 meal deal. So disappointed. Wrong wraps. And over repeating my self for them to acknowledge me and still get the order wrong. It wasn't even busy!.....
This location has been way worse in the past but as of 2025 I think it’s getting a bit better and more staffed
I don’t usually leave reviews but this seems crazy to me. Employees didn’t say one word to me, couldn’t hear the first guy on the speaker because he mumbled and clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Then at the window the guy said nothing at all, didn’t even tell me the price, just took my card. Terrible terrible service. As someone who works in customer service I get that not everyday is your best but to say NOTHING is wild. Do better.
There have been a lot of changes at this place as far as staff. Sometimes my order is correct and other times it is not. I’ve always been a Dunkin fan but I’ve also noticed a change in the flavor of the coffee. Not sure what they changed or why but change it back. It was a 100% better a few years ago
