I ordered my usual drink today and as usual asked for less ice. The person taking the order whom once I pulled around looked like either a manager or shift leader became very defensive saying that ‘I may get less product because everything is measured out’ and continued on this unnecessary banter saying I wouldn’t get more product. Extra product was never requested but he rudely assumed. I’ve requested light ice for years at multiple places, including other Dunkin’s and never had an issue.
