It's was a little dirty but good service and good food
Ordered an iced latte but got charged for an iced coffee. They wouldn’t refund me. I was told I can just buy a latte and keep both so I walked out with nothing and they got to keep my money. I was also informed by an employee that the manager keeps all the tips at this location
Asked for very specifically light ice on my latte (gave me a full cup of ice and I said I'll have to deal) and got a half dozen and also confirmed they had no sprinkles and asked for no sprinkle donuts and I get to work half and hour away to see that they gave me all sprinkles. Like, did I do something wrong?
Completely unable to deliver a simple chocolate donut.
