Dunkin on Pine has exceptionally friendly crew members and good service. Anyone who has the time to come on here and make a bad review because of some small mistake they made during a rush of customers NEEDS to get a life. @Mr T @Landon
Every single time I come here, there’s an issue. Today (August 23, 2025), I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large caramel cold foam cold brew, a 10-count of blueberry munchkins (for my mom), and an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. My mom bit into the munchkins and they were pumpkin spice, not blueberry. The bagel was burnt completely black. ⭐ 1 Star I worked at this Dunkin’ (2303 N Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34475) under GMs Tara and Arthur Thurston. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for fair or honest management. Management told us we couldn’t get our tips because the drive-thru times were “too high.” But then I found out Arthur was actually giving the people he was cool with our tips.
