So me and my boyfriend went to dunkin in silvis tonight, because i was craving some drink i saw online (a strawberry shortcake coolatta). I order it and the girl says yeah i will make that i will mix some of the stuff in(it was only for the month of feb) first green flag already. Dunkin' Donuts is crap I went in there to get my daughter some donuts and to get myself some hot food and they're not doing hot food right now because they're so understaffed. When I worked at Dunkin' Donuts I opened by myself and I still had hot food that place needs to be shut down
Every time I order from this store something is always wrong, the most recent being an order of breakfast wraps I had delivered because I was busy and couldn't go myself. I didn't get a single wrap with bacon like I ordered, I got bite size egg things that look like donuts and taste like they've been out all morning.
Waited 5 minutes for the lady to take our order. Waited another 15 to get the food. Watched three people pull out of the drive thru. To get my order being $23.63 to have cold bagel bites and raw bacon.
