When the girl that was preparing the food dropped my order on the counter some of my food fell on the floor. She never apologized or was going to replace what fell on the floor. She was extremely rude.
It was absolutely disgusting in there garbage on the floor, spilt coffee on the floor that wasn’t mopped up. The girls who usually work there were not there and the new girls today had no clue what they were doing, the girl with glasses told me I couldn’t use my points from the app that there needs to be a card shown which isn’t true. I don’t know what is going on here or who the manager is but he or she is not taking care of anything there and it shows.
