never get my order right. I literally ordered TWICE on doordash and they somehow managed to give me a completely different and substantially smaller order the first time, and then a way smaller order the second time as well. it shouldn't be that hard to read what orders you're packing. When I went through the drive through they also got my order wrong and were very rude, all the workers seem like they're too busy hanging out to actually do their jobs. go to the fort Washington one this ones buns².
This isn't the first time and I thought i would give it a second shot thinking maybe the first time was just a bad day for them but they were messing around and laughing in the drive through while taking my order, my iced coffee tasted nothing like coffee and just tasted like caramel creamer over ice, the hash browns tasted like burnt plastic, my sons donut had long hair on it. I won't be coming back.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Dunkin. I stood inside for about 20 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me the entire time. I ordered the 6 meal deal and ended up leaving without my food because it was taking so long and no one communicated anything. Extremely disappointing considering the business I do in the area, spread the word.
I ordered hot coffee, 5 creams 1 sugar. The label printer doesnt print the quantity so I got 5 cream and 5 sugars. Cant drink it. Same issue two days in a row. Generally a great store to visit.
I usually go to Fort Washington but I was in a pinch. Stopped in this morning for a black iced tea. The lines were cleaned properly and I immediately tasted the last beverage and the cleanser. After 1 sip I tasted soap the whole time. It also tasted like the tea was old. A waste of a medium beverage. My food was okay.
