Been standing here for over 10 mins .. the older lady is miserable as per usual - I saw they were backed up in the drive thru and I get it, but when I approached her maybe she didn’t see me ? She got so rude !!! Every time I’m here she’s miserable, def needs a new job where bubble gum popping is acceptable 🙃 saw 2 customers walk out because of her attitude non person skills self !!!!

I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve gone here almost every day for the past year. I order the same thing. Yet, each time it looks different, and tastes slightly different and sometimes the price is different.. They can’t seem to get it right. Doesn’t taste bad. Just always isn’t right. The drink Always looks different each day and tastes different. Odd. Perhaps the VISA staff needs to improve their English skills. I don't know what is happening but this used to be my favorite location the staff is friendly and polite and quick with each order however the coffee is absolutely horrible it tastes like burnt coffee AKA burnt coffee pot it's just absolutely horrible and when you tell the stuff that it doesn't taste good and that it tastes burnt or it was brewed really strong they don't want to do anything to fix it or give you a different drink or a different Brew they just want you to take it and go but that's not how I ordered it I reall... read more
