Nice people but they are slow and mess up often.
I’ve been to this location many times and never had an issue. I can say nothing but great things about ahmed, however, Sam has a horrible attitude. From the moment we came in she was uninterested. She was rude and disrespectful as our group tried to make small talk with her. Extremely uninterested and made a slick comment. after asking her to repeat herself she asked are u ordering something. The only reason I would recommend dunkin to a friend is because of Ahmed. But let me tell you, Sam has zero respect or etiquette. I walked into Dunkin Lyndhurst and approached Sam talking about how I think working at dunkin is cool because of a cafe setting. She looked at me and batted her eyes.
