So, I guess the new thing at Dunkin is if they don’t have what you order, they just put random donuts in the box. I ordered 3 glazed, 3 maple, 6 chocolate covered, and 12 glazed donut holes. Got home with 3 glazed, 3 maple, and a random mix of other donuts. Only 2 of the donut holes were glazed and the others were random. But yet…I paid the same price. Omg it is so hot in the building the air conditioning is not working. The workers are so unhappy to be there. The floors are sticky and the flies are bad inside. Would not recommend. From now on I will being going somewhere eles for my drinks and stuff..
Now that I have had time to calm down, I’m disappointed with the behavior of the employees. Mind you I don’t go to this location often I live out of town! I got a drink, the heavy white lady with glasses seems to have attitude then after I pay in cash the exact amount as I’m pulling off I see her put my money in her pocket and the drawer never opened. The money was NOT a tip especially for her nasty attitude
