I previously placed a mobile order for a Wake-Up Wrap (Sweet Black Pepper Bacon) and received only bacon in the bag — no wrap, no egg, no cheese. This is a basic and unacceptable mistake. Every drink I’ve ordered here has been so bad that I ended up throwing them away. The quality is completely different from other Dunkin’ stores — the drinks taste off, poorly made, and not up to standard. There was not an experienced. Why would a donut shop that stays open until 10pm stop selling donuts at 7 pm. That makes no sense whatsoever !!!!!
