I went in and just stood there at the counter, ready to order. A bunch of employees walked right by me without a word. I get it if they're swamped, but seriously, how hard is it to say hi and ask me to wait a sec? I continued to wait until I just walked out since I was being ignored.
They don’t fill up your cup all way to the top if you request no Ice and when you ask for Ice they fill up the whole up with ice and very little tea.
Was the only customer in lobby and had to wait 10 minutes before being greeted. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare 3 drinks and some donuts. Very disorganized and not guest oriented.
This place sucks. Took 15minutes after ordering a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Was told to park in the parking lot from the drive thru. I went in the store. They didn't acknowledge me. Went back into the drive thru and they handed me a plain non toasted bagel and no cream cheese. 08-18 at 11am. Rush was over long before I arrived.
Coffees weren’t full. Menu items not available. Had to back for missing food. Hair in my breakfast sandwich. Staff not very helpful when asking for a refund. Disgusting.
