Placed an order thru the drive thru. 2 hot chocolates one glazed donut. Paid for our order but the cashier with no gloves touched it with her bare hands after swiping her nose. Needless to say the donut was returned with a refund.
Went there on 11/19/25 . At 7am to drive through. I ordered a large cup of coffee with extra cream and sugar and of course like usual, they handed to me.I drive down the road and it tastes like milk because they never stirred the coffee every dunkin Dounuts in the Lehigh Valley. Does not stir the coffee! They shake the cup and give it to you. And then you're driving down the road, and you don't taste the sweetness from the sugar. This is what happens when you hire people with no common sense.
I’ve been here twice in two weeks and the gas browns are disgustingly old and cold .
