We asked about our large no ice cappuccino being in a normal sized hot coffee cup and all they said was I don’t know and then proceeded to dump it into a large cup like we asked and then we got it and they just frothed the heck out of it so it looked full and then when we got home it looked like this
I used to love this location. Yesterday was the 3rd visit in a row I got lukewarm coffee. I went in to just get my money back, I had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even there. Sure, one kept looking my way, but pretended I wasn't there. When I asked for my money back, there was no apology, no concern that a crappy product was handed out, nothing.
