Dude in the drive through sounded like he hates his life
This Dunkin is superior in every way to the other Dunkin location in Oxford (the one at the Exchange). Drinks are always correct at this one. Employees are well trained. You can just tell its managed much better than the other one.
I asked for extra cream cheese. I always ask for extra bc this is what you get when you don’t. Called and told them about the cheese tomfoolery and they remade it for me and made it rain cream cheese on my next bagel. I appreciate how they resolved this issue.
The young lady working the drive thru this afternoon was wonderful. Customer service was so great. My coffee was excellent 👌.
