I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ today. I ordered a macchiato with the sweetened French vanilla swirl. Instead, I received an unsweetened vanilla flavor shot. When I pointed out that it wasn’t sweet and asked if it was made with the French vanilla swirl, the employee insisted that the vanilla shot and French vanilla swirl are “the same thing.” They are not the same product. On December 22, close to 8 PM, my friend and I ordered tea and were sitting inside. It was freezing outside. An employee told us the store was closing at 8:00 PM and made us leave. Later, we realized the store did not close and people were still inside. This felt like intentional deception rather than an actual closing. Very disappointing experience and disrespectful treatment of customers. I will not be coming back
