Fire the guy at the register the guy literally looks at you and says nothing then he takes your order like he has somewhere better to be this is why some of these places close people some people just go to collect a check
Today I went to dunkin and ordered two refreshers,two donuts,breakfast sandwich, and bagel bites. I ordered on the app so I didn’t know that their ovens were not working. When we went to get our drinks and a donut the girl was mean and told us to get a refund on the app but none of the workers helped us. Then the guy we asked just told us to go to customer service without any instructions. We did not get anything for free. Then a group of girls walked in and ordered. Everything i have ordered a large black coffee i have gotten a regular cream and sugar coffee...four times in a row...not impressed.
what’s the point of a bagel while i go through the take out window if i have to put the cream cheese on it my self, i paid for you to put this on not for me to pull over so i can eat i would have come in and done this. pathetic
