The place was dirty. I ordered munchkins, only 2 types and they managed to get it wrong. They were rude when fixing my order

Fire the guy at the register the guy literally looks at you and says nothing then he takes your order like he has somewhere better to be this is why some of these places close people some people just go to collect a check
Today I went to dunkin and ordered two refreshers,two donuts,breakfast sandwich, and bagel bites. I ordered on the app so I didn’t know that their ovens were not working. When we went to get our drinks and a donut the girl was mean and told us to get a refund on the app but none of the workers helped us. Then the guy we asked just told us to go to customer service without any instructions. We did not get anything for free. Then a group of girls walked in and ordered.
