Service at both cookeville locations has become crappy. Drinks arent being made the way people request. Its really shitty when you can see them hand you your drink and know no love was put into that drink. There are new employees it seems every week. Lets try new management!!!
Ordered several drinks one was a medium hot chocolate. Left went to a football game. The hot chocolate was not hot chocolate, but it was hot black coffee . Mobile order 10 minutes earlier, still had to wait on the hot chocolate, they were more interested in the drive thru than a walk in! We visit this Dunkin often, this is not the usual service we get.

You cant go wrong with Dunkin. I only wish they had my favorite donut back on the menu. Lemon filled.
