Service has been getting worse progressively since the management change. It’s to the point I drive further away from my house to visit the one on Jefferson.
I didnt catch the employees name, but they got a little busy and she caught the mistakes she made making my drink. She was so kind and it ended up being one of the best drinks I've received from Dunkin.
