The new ownership was good at the very beginning. The last three times I've stopped here, however, has been such a great disappointment. The iced coffee tastes nothing like coffee, just watered-down milk. I had to look at it until I got home to add some instant coffee to it to even be able to drink it and not throw my money in the garbage
So I ordered A toasted plain bagel with cream cheese with my points because I always go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and they gave me a bagel with barely any cream cheese on it after I took the second or third bite. I realize I’m just eating bagel pretty much ( I don’t take it apart. I eat it like a sandwich.) they also were passing out a little shot of a new drink and they gave every other customer one except for me. Most often I do not get what I order. Today I ordered a plain bagel. When I opened the bag there was something I can't recognize. Only happens at this location.
They charge more for dunkalate than the dunkin in kent
Gave over all 5 stars but the service is very hit or miss. Some of the guys act like they are in a hurry to get you gone.
