Terrible service. Catherine was unprofessional and showed no respect toward customers. Management needs to look into customer handling atthislocation.
Very disappointed with the customer service. One of the employees, Catherine, was extremely rude and dismissive. Definitely not the experience I expect from Dunkin’.
The iced coffee was good ( I can't imagine how someone can screw that up), but the food was absolutely horrible. This area isn't too far from my local Dunkin and somehow, the loaded hash browns were twice the price and when I got them, the bacon wasn't crumbled like it's supposed to and the hash browns were soaked in oil. So it you want some artery-clogging, hash Browns first thing in the morning, have at it! Lol. Oh, they forgot to give me a fork, I threw it away the first trash can I find, best $4 I ever wasted
