Food was fine, but the service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The young woman at the window didn’t say a single word throughout the entire interaction—not even a response when I said thank you. On top of that, she just stared at me with a cold, unfriendly expression the entire time. It came off as rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
If you have to get decaf for medical reasons, do not trust that they will actually give it to you here!!! I ordered a decaf latte here and to be cautious asked at the window if it was decaf, the response I got was "I assume so." It was clearly not decaf. The coffee tasted nothing like what I ordered anyway, so I wasn't able to drink more than a couple sips. Don't recommend it unless you want to be sick for the day.
One of the worst Dunkin Donuts around. The customer service is subpar at best. No other Dunkin messes up orders and coffee like this location
