I don’t write reviews because it feels annoying, but I am honestly quite irritated with what is apparently a policy. I ordered something via the mobile app, got to the drive thru to pick it up, and was told they were out of it. Fine, no big deal, they can’t control that and I can just get a refund. Or apparently not, because “I ordered through the app”. Whatever that means? So I’m given two options: they make me something I didn’t even want to replace what I did want, or I’m out my $. If I could give it 0 stars I would! Just went there at 4:30 pm and no one answered at the speaker, we then pulled up to the window to try and see if someone was there and the place was deserted with no inclination they were closing early.
I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and I had to explain it three times and a order of hash browns. Iced coffee had no sugar in it so I had to add some and the hash browns were a soggy mess with three of them stuck together in a wet ball like they've been sitting under a gas station heat lamp for 6 hours. I ate one and a half and then threw the rest of it away.
