I placed the mobile order at 4:17PM he finally got done making the two drinks at 4:35PM. (Nobody in the drive thru, me and another person inside, so it wasn’t because it was busy) someone placed stickers on the lids covering the straw holes so the straw won’t go in the lid. I was the only one in there and somehow my drink took 10 minutes to make. Asked for less ice in my drink and somehow ended up with so much ice I couldn’t even get the straw in the cup
