We've been by this location several times at approximately 8am (not late in the morning!) and they always seem to be out of something. Today it was cheese and the food is just not great. My husband's kolaches were cold as if they were sitting in a refrigerator and we waited over 15 minutes to get our order. The attitudes of the servers tends to be that they don't want to be there, and we overheard them complaining about other customers. Slowest service ever. Should not take 30 minutes to get a fast food order of a single bacon biscuit and coffee. Then when you question it the manager gives a smart comment then runs and hides in the back. I have heard this manager cuss out customers and employees. She constantly talking about people
Wasn’t open, even though website said it was. TA associate said they come in when they want to. Waited till 5:30 no one showed up. My husband is a truck driver we meet there sometimes to have Dunkin’ Donuts.
Waiting 25 minutes for a coffee and hot chocolate is ridiculous.
The morning crew is amazing, was in the drive thru and got a coffee they were busy but we’re polite and kind at the window I really appreciate the conversation I had with them.
