I went inside and ordered a wake-up Wrap with turkey sausage, and I asked for egg white bites. The cashier corrected me and informed me that they were called omelet bites. I get my order and I am presented with the bacon and cheddar omelet bites. I asked if they could exchange it for the egg white and veggie omelet bites, they replied by saying the bacon and cheddar were the only ones they had. Waiting for too long and they end up messing up my coffee
Always a treat to pick out a dozen or more assorted donuts. The coffee is also good. Friendly service.
Wish there was negative stars as a rating option. I would like to shout out to the employees and managers at Dunkin Donuts for having the most disgusting awful attitude with my family - our wake up wrap had a huge hair in it when I opened it - the hateful employees were so bothered by the fact they even had to do their job at all - and then the managers refused to make it right. 9pm.. no coffee no original or Midnight coffee which I preferred. That they were closing and cleaning.
