I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but this location has completely lost my trust due to the behavior of the manager, Jose. I visited recently and simply asked for a minor modification to my drink—something I’ve had done at other Dunkin' locations with no issue. Jose not only refused rudely, but acted as if customers shouldn’t expect any flexibility. It was a basic request, not against corporate policy, and his tone was dismissive and condescending. This is a well run Dunkin'. I've been here many times, at various times of day/week, and it always seems well staffed. Normally I order ahead and arrive within a few minutes of the order, and it's almost always ready and waiting for me. The snackin bacon is nice and crispy, and recently the hash browns have gone from being a little bit undercooked to being appropriately crispy, as well.
8:53pm & all they had was hot/iced coffee. No good. Not coming back.
Salu, Jesse, and the new guy are nice friendly workers and the made the drinks good.
