Literally the slowest, poorly serviced location I've ever been in. 8 cars in the drive thru, 4 people inside the store, and maybe 1 person working. Seriously, if you see only 1 car in the drive thru, go to another location and you will be served faster.
It a shame that i tried to go to dunkin at 8:35pm yesterday For my break and they were closed and the website said 9pm closed Monday-Sunday 330am-9pm Its a shame they dont stay open to closed

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' customer for years, but this location has completely lost my trust due to the behavior of the manager, Jose. I visited recently and simply asked for a minor modification to my drink—something I’ve had done at other Dunkin' locations with no issue. Jose not only refused rudely, but acted as if customers shouldn’t expect any flexibility. It was a basic request, not against corporate policy, and his tone was dismissive and condescending.
