2nd time coming here, clearly asking for no cheese, driving back to work, and getting cheese
I ordered through the Dunkin’ app and needed to cancel my order. When I called the store, they said I have to go through the app instead of them. When I go through the app, I am unable to reach customer service.
I have order online pick up multiple times here before work to pick up something really quick and always when I’m near my house so they have time to make my order and I can take off quickly. But 90% of the time they make me wait like 5 minutes anyways as if they just started my order when I got there, but I’d say thats a smaller issue. But today when I order at 5:40 well after their opening of 5 am on Saturday no one is there lights are off and I already paid for it.
