If I could give zero stars, I would. They take forever to complete orders. The orders are done wrong. The worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to recently. Waste of time and money.
Today I went around 1:21pm. A couple for grown men were inside taking hats from people. They had a few hats already. An employee took his hat off and gave it to someone who paid but they came and took it from him. I could not believe what I was seeing. It was scary. I didn’t get anything I left I don’t like seeing people get treated like that. I wish the employees asked them to leave.
It was my first time at Dunkin' Donuts. The guy who took our order was super friendly and patient with my daughter when she ordered. Our order was made quickly and correctly. 😁
Very slow service for you waiting in drive thru for 10-15 min
