The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will definitely make this a go-to place when I am in the area!
Do not be fooled! This is not a Dunkn! It’s coffee in a plastic bag dispenser on the truckstop counter. Do yourself a favor if you’re headed east and drive another 20 minutes to Cookeville, where there is actually a Dunkin location.
Your touch screen idea in the lobby is horrible because employees aren’t allowed to use the register. It took us over 8 minutes to make an order, employee was helping us and even she couldn’t figure out a couple of things. The whole concept is dumb and complicated if it wasn’t you would have these touch screens at drive thrus too, you don’t have them because you know it’s dumb. The employees in this location were all incredibly cautious and friendly. Coffee and fixings were all well stocked and good. Self check out was quick and a staff member made sure I didn't need help. Was a very pleasant experience while traveling through the area very early in the Am.
