Your touch screen idea in the lobby is horrible because employees aren’t allowed to use the register. It took us over 8 minutes to make an order, employee was helping us and even she couldn’t figure out a couple of things. The whole concept is dumb and complicated if it wasn’t you would have these touch screens at drive thrus too, you don’t have them because you know it’s dumb. The employees in this location were all incredibly cautious and friendly. Coffee and fixings were all well stocked and good. Self check out was quick and a staff member made sure I didn't need help. Was a very pleasant experience while traveling through the area very early in the Am.
The self service is very easy! You could customize your drink however you like and you don't have to talk to anyone!
