After almost two and a half years of passing by this Dunkin’ Donuts, I find myself compelled to leave yet another one-star review. This establishment is truly disappointing. I typically grab one or two iced teas a day from Dunkin’, but I usually avoid this location, opting instead for others that are farther away and off my usual path. The reason? The cashier that took our order was very polite and helpful. We ordered the loaded hash browns and no forks were given I had to ask for them the woman that I asked was rude. The young man making the food was put off by having to give me 3 forks which took approximately 3 seconds complaining he has so much food to make. Also we waited for a drink that was not made and the woman we asked about the drink was rude and put off that she actually had to work. Poor service and bad attitudes!!! Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Run by a pack of totally inattentive, ride, poorly trained teenagers with no manager. They ignore lines at the counter while several people are just milling around behind the counter screaming complaints to each other in front of waiting customers. They are more concerned with arguing and assigning the "blame" of who made your drink wrong rather than fixing it. AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Curious to see which manager I’ll meet next week. Is there a loyalty program for customers who survive all the staffing changes? They stay just long enough to MAYBE know the difference between a latte and a macchiato.
