This dunks used to be great but I think most of the good employees have left. This morning they took FOREVER in the drive through and while I was waiting at the window I heard a male employee make a rude comment towards a special needs employee saying she “wasn’t doing anything helpful” while she was trying to help everybody with drinks and take drive through orders. The same guy made my wake up wrap like this
DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN! The app wouldn’t let me order online, so I went through the drive-thru—big mistake. I sat behind one car for 3 minutes, then another 5 at the window while the employee made the wrong drink and tried to hand it to me. When I told her it wasn’t mine, she looked completely lost. Turns out it was her first day, and the only other person working didn’t help at all.
