The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Consistently terrible service, slow, no interest in pleasing the customer and often gets orders wrong
Literally will never go here again. Ordered in the drive through a hot tea with cream and sugar, was told abruptly to “pull forward” waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to the window, the employee started handing me a food bag and frozen drink which I said “that’s not mine I got a hot tea with cream and sugar” she quickly walked away and took another 5 minutes to come back. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The owner up charges on all the specialty drinks 1-2 dollars higher than any other Dunkin in the area. But that’s not the worst part. They are the most SLOW people I have ever interacted with. They have no sense of urgency in any way and offer next to no customer service. I’ll pull in the drive through. There is one car ahead of me and no one inside waiting in line. It takes regularly 15 plus minutes to get an order under those circumstances... read more
