My first time ever to a Dunkin. Bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 9am and the place was a mess. Trash on the tables, crumbs on the seats. Just horrible customer experience. It will be my last time to a Dunkin. Starbucks is always clean.
They always messed up with food and woth mu coffee the crew is always standing playing with there phones and not paying attention to the order the didn't give me my refund and the coffe was cold I told them to make a fresh one the gave me back from the same coffee pad and after that they start yelling they are not professional very bad crew and bad spot
Yesterday when I taken coffee I was not good and they have not provided straws for iced latte how we goona drink and today when we went they told they don’t have coffees even at 7:35pm I don’t no what’s happening
