I have tried so many times to give them grace. they just cant get it together. I come often and donuts are always gone by 9, nothing refreshed, always running out of the "new" items.. its just disappointing..
I didn’t know when you order a grilled cheese it was take and bake since the sandwich had two pieces of cheese on it that were cold and not melted. Only doing this review because two days ago we waited over 30min for drinks and two avocado toasts and never got the avocado toast. The staff really didn’t seem to care either. No idea how to even get reimbursed for the food we didn’t get. Dunkin’s contact us app doesn’t seem to work either.
