Kiana is the best employee!
I come to this location often with my kids. The food and service are typically always amazing. I just wanted to leave this review because my kids and I came in last Thursday morning and ordered a drink and two donuts. It was clear they were swamped, no big deal, and everybody was doing their absolute best to keep up with orders. I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today, Saturday, February 31, 2026, at the Dunkin’ Donuts location in West Bend, Wisconsin, around 5:35 p.m. When my sister and I arrived, the employee working at the register was looking into the cash drawer and did not acknowledge us at all.
