Every time I walk in employees are yelling and complaining about/to each other and even cussing, and when I went in for my $5 meal they charged me $8 which I can somewhat understand because I got a cold brew instead of a regular iced coffee but when I asked to change it before I paid they wouldn’t let me. Also, nowhere on their signs or advertisement does it specify regular iced coffee.
We arrived at 2pm (8 hours before closing) and asked for half a dozen donuts. The employee then responded with, “umm. We don’t have many donuts. Let me check.” She came back to tell us that they had 5 glazed donuts, 1 strawberry frosted, 2 blueberry donut and 1 apple pie donut. Really?! They only had 9 donuts in their entire store. How can that be?? We left and went to kwik trip.
Wanted donut holes, and ended up getting a bucket of them to share with everyone!
