I’ve been a regular customer at this location for the past two years, and unfortunately, the customer service has really gone downhill lately. Over the last month especially, the new employees have consistently had nasty attitudes and seem to lack basic care and attention when handling orders. Listen it ain't my problem two people got scheduled who didn't wanna be there today. But it is my problem that they took 5 bucks and made me crappy food.
I don’t know if they get paid extra but this DUnkin donuts is the BEST IN TOWN like hands down the STAFF is TOP NOTCH !!!!
The woman waiting on me seemed pissy, and got my drink completely wrong after I showed her, using the Dunkin app, what I wanted. The other girl there was on her phone, chiefing her vape in the other, less visible part of their storefront. Only thing right were the donuts today.
