My daughter has a fever and all she wanted was Dunkin. We pulled up at 6:33, pulled up to the speaker and they said they were closed. There were other people inside and lights were on.
We pulled in 15 minutes early just for them to tell us their not serving right now and gave us a snob attitude with the answer

Whoever the manager is here needs to have a come to Jesus moment with your employees. And if the manager is the tall girl with the glasses and dark hair, she needs retrained or replaced. I will continue to make the longer trip to Cold Spring for better service. The short older lady with glasses needs to be relived of her position altogether.
