I absolutely hate this Dunkin. It’s the closest to my house so I always go there but every time I go there something is always messed up. The people there aren’t always the nicest & the food is always messed up. Today I mobile ordered 2 cappuccinos which were good 2 wraps and another sandwich on the wraps I specifically put in “no egg” and somehow after waiting 20 minutes with only 2 other people in line egg was on my wrap. Love the place! Very clean and their food and drink are excellent. One bad thing though, is when you get a refresher they will fill the cup up with ice, like to the top. Then when you ask for less ice, they only put like 2 or 3 ice cubes. But other than that the place is amazing!
Tell me why, when I stop at Dunkin DONUTS at 7am and ask, is this all the donuts you have? The clerk says "Why? Did you want donuts?" They had maybe 7 trays in the case. So I said that I was going to get a full dozen, but if that's all you have, just forget it and the clerk said absolutely NOTHING. No apology, no offer or more in a few minutes, nothing at all. She just let me walk right out. How DARE I expect donuts at Dunkin DONUTS.
Came in this afternoon, about 1:30pm to order coffee for my family aswell as myself, they had a new person working the register, she was nice, but got every one of my coffees incorrect. I could tell she was struggling to find the correct things on the screen while the rest of the staff stood around and talked.
