I called Dunkin today and spoke to Virginia the manager and she went above and beyond with dealing with my concern. She was extremely polite and professional and even offered to bring me my food!! She deserves the highest praise and respect!! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer I will definitely come there again!!
I havent placed an order from this dunkin donuts in awhile but I have had pleasant experience when I have. I was standing here with my co worker as she was on speaker phone with Virginia, unfortunately she had to call in to complain about burnt bacon on her sandwich which has happened a couple of times now, Virginia was very professional and pleasant. Most disorganized place I have ever been at ten people working inside 12 minutes to get a toasted bagel
I came here to pick up an Uber Eats order. I stood at the counter for 1 full minute. Three women behind the counter right in front of me, two deep in a conversation, one deep on her phone. They then told me they were out of an item, so I contacted my customer and then it took me repeating myself twice to get the attention of the girl on her phone.
