This is the worst Dunkin around. The drive thru lady never speaks to you. Gives you a dirty look. Coffee doesn't taste good at all. A remodeled building doesn't help this place. Tried this Dunkin again, huge mistake!!!!! No bacon on the loaded hash browns. Coffee was wrong again. They overcharge you too and won't refund you. No more!

I ordered a single scoop of ice cream and halfway through eating it, I noticed a small bug mixed into the ice cream. I politely showed the manager, but instead of apologizing, he tried to argue that the bug probably came from the top because I had already eaten half of it. Eventually, he apologized and refunded me, but the way he handled the situation was extremely disappointing. Finding a bug in my food is bad enough, but arguing with a customer about it made it even worse. I will never come here again.

⭐ 5-Star Review I’ve never had a bad experience at the Dunkin’ on Mound Road. The store is always super clean, the staff is consistently friendly and sweet, and they always get my order right. My drinks taste great and are made consistently every time. One night, an employee even offered my daughter a free donut, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
