We came in at about 9:30 at night on 8/12 and there was one other couple with us. There were three people working. There was a girl who gave us attitude and tried to scan her phone for our points. And after taking our order and the couple’s two of them vanished while the third guy took care of making everything and dealing with the drive thru on his own. I made an order on the app and when I went to pick it up, this store had NOTHING that I ordered. When I requested a refund, not only could they not give one, but they told me to process things through the app and the app redirected me to the store. I am still owed $20 and I will NEVER order from Dunkin Again.
Went to this location to get ice cream. Stood there for about 3 minutes no one even greeted us. The Girl behind the counter was standing kind of with her back toward us but I could see her side profile and for a split second I thought i saw her biting her nails. But it was out of the corner of my eye SO I thought i was just seeing stuff, I said hello she turned looked at us still said nothing and continued to put her fingers in her mouth and bit her nails.
