Just went through the drive through and the young lady working the drive through with the black and blue hair was rude as hell. Very poor service. Stick with Starbucks.
It's ok . Some of the staff doesn't like to work . But others do a great job .
Was there for 28 minutes this morning. Ten minutes before I was even acknowledged then the rest waiting on my food. Was asked by three different people what I was waiting for but still waited almost 20 minutes for to wake up wraps. I know it was busy but other people who ordered after me that had similar items were getting theirs and I kept getting told it was almost ready or they would check on it.
