Not to bash anybody in particular. However, I slid into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts instead of the Starbucks, which is very close. I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. Coffee burnt
Ordered hot chocolate boxes for my son’s school Christmas party and paid in advance. Arrived to pick it up and they were out of boxes and could not prepare the order. Did not call to inform us of the issue and the number they have listed for the store does not work. Even tried calling the 800 number the night before to confirm the order but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up and hoping everything would go smoothly.
