Better than Starbucks but that’s not exactly a high bar. Staff is often rude, unaware of their own menu items and messes up orders constantly. This also has to be one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had in my entire life. If you’re strapped for time I’d suggest coming here over Starbucks but other than that, avoid like the plague.
Stood at counter 10 min waiting for service?? No Luck!! Left, went to Starbucks, good coffee.
Rude girl at drive thru and complains about doing her job and she says that “we can’t sell food right now” even though she just doesn’t wanna make it. It took me 20 mins at the checkout to even get my order. They also had really bad attitude, my food was cold. They don’t even let u order at the checkout they make u order where u get ur food when it’s done. They also take ur phone in the back to pay which I think it’s really weird. Ordered a small hot black coffee but asked for it to be put on a medium or large cup. I was told they were out of medium and large cups. Repeated it again at the window. She repeated they were out of medium and large cups so I asked if I could order a medium ice tea. Oddly she then asked if I wanted a medium or large… suddenly had medium and large cups.
