I ordered a plain toasted bagel and it was one of the worst things I've seen in a while. It had the consistency of a Frisbee, hard plastic like texture, not a bagel at all. Extremely disappointed.
Placed the DoorDash order and it took 45 minutes for the Dasher to even be able to leave the store! A sandwich six donuts and a hot coffee should not take 45 minutes to prepare!
