The line is usually long in the morning, but the service is good. They have never messed up my order.
The staff is completely clueless - you ask the simplest thing and they just give you a blank stare - we got a dozen donuts and once we got back home there was only put 10 donuts in the box - when we went back we were told it was because they were out of the 2 we picked - yet they still charged us for them and didn't say anything when we picked them up or put a substitute to replace them.
This is my favorite dunkin. I love each one of them. I visit daily. Always perfect, friendly and attentive. I will absolutely go out of my way to go to his location.
