After going to this store multiple times in 10 years they never get the order right they are constantly rude and show no respect for their job went in today to try again because it's closest to my house when I walked in the cashier was yelling I don't care what the cars in drive thru think I'm taking my time not fast for them and then preceded to completely get my order wrong I left with nothing I will continue to go out of my way to the Broad st location they are always courteous clean and the food is always rught
Claimed couldn’t make a cap blast, I worked dunkin for 5 years. There was 5-6 cars in line it had absolutely nothing to do with not being able to make it but simply not wanting too because of the line, so I only ordered munchkins and a donut and got coffee from Starbucks. Common occurrence. Train your employees to make the orders requested , just because they take time doesn’t mean you don’t do it. Lost out on at least $25 order just for mine alone can only imagine how many they turn away because they don’t want to make it. ... read more
I always try to avoid coming to this dunkin because something always happens, most importantly my coffee is NEVER mixed up I get the same thing everytime & today on my way to work ofcourse my coffee syrup wasnt mixed in, this lead to me trying to mix it & spilling the coffee all in my cup holder with no napkins in my bag.
Delicious drinks!! Gotta love the daydream refreshers.
