Ive came back to edit my review. My last few visits to this store has been terrible. As an 18 year patron of Dunkin Iced Coffee, im finished with this Company. 9 bucks for 2 coffees and I can't seem to get the extra sugar and caramel that I pay for. Its more than disappointing to have this company going downhill the way it has been.. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the last 2 months I've had 16 visits with my coffee being drinkable only twice.
If yall are going to now ask people to tip in the drive thru , yall should also train your employees to not be so rude LOL
Ordered a drink through the app but when I arrived at the drive thru, they were out of the ingredients for my drink. On top of that, they closed their lobby so we had to rush our 5-year old who had to suddenly pee across the parking lot to Aldi. Go somewhere else.
Terrible service waitied 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes walked up to the doors at first and they where locked girl in the drive thru was rude so sad to see a good business being so poorly run
