Worst customer service ever, 4 ladies who don’t know what they are doing …
Very bad customer service, they didn't serve me because I had my service pet with me.
The manager from this location, Dunkin' Donuts on liberty Street is very unprofessional rude and disrespectful to customers and employees. Something needs to be done. It's sad that these young kids are working under that influence
Please stop trying to give customers ice coffee with a shot of espresso as replacement for a cold brew. It's disgusting and not the same.Just say your out of Cold brew . And why on earth would you put nasty cold foam on it when it wasn't even asked for. Also every single time I get a order from this location it's horribly wrong and not even close to what I ordered. And it's so bad I can't even drink it. 🤢
Very bad service,,, waiting just for a donut for like 10 minutes and one of the ladies in the back told me if I need something like hello I’m here waiting for just a donut! When the front lady finally came, told me; “why that attitude? Worst service ever in a Dunkin. First and last time I put a foot in it.. GET BETTER WORKERS.
