We went through drive-thru and the line was down the street. They didn't have half the donuts that the dunkin website has, their glazed donuts had basically no glaze, they didnt put everything we ordered in the bags so some things were missing, and the donuts tasted bland/stale. I don't know if this is a dunkin corporate issue, or just this location because I don't go to dunkin but this was not a good experience Their matcha late was good though which is why they get two stars.
How is it that they hardly ever have K-cups!!! You freaking sell coffee, order it cause the donuts are not good!
En este momento, este local está siendo remodelado. El drive-thru no está funcionando a cavalidad y la atención que me dio el empleado en el momento de mi pedido fue desagradable -siento que fui tratado con racismo (y aunque un libro no se puede juzgar por su portada) este empleado decía no hablar español (aunque me entendió correctamente cuando mostré mi disconformidad por su atención).
Another coffee shop that I pull up to with a trailer and can’t go through the drive-through and they are drive-through only.
