There are many things wrong with the place. For starters, the afternoon manager is highly aggressive and gets easily irritated. If you say something wrong, or complain about something not being right, you WILL be yelled at. I have seen him yell at his workers, yell at other customers, and repeatedly be passive aggressive toward everyone. That’s one thing but another is the cleanliness of the store. Pésimo servicio
They asked me for $.25 extra just because I said LESS ICE in my coffee, it would make sense if I would have asked them something extra. It never happened with me on any other branches of Dunkin. I always drink coffee with less ice. That was very much disappointing. This branch is trying to rip us off. (4th JUNE 2026 10:24 AM)
The manager gave me free coffee, I didn't ask for, he insisted, very kind, thanks
