I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered two vanilla lattes during the morning rush, nothing complicated. I was asked to pull around, and after waiting, I was given two iced coffees. I never requested iced, nor was I asked. By default, a latte is hot. I politely pointed out the mistake, but the employee responded with attitude.
