Extremely disappointed with my visit yesterday. I tried to redeem a reward at the window and was met with attitude and rudeness from the employee right away. On top of the terrible customer service, my order was completely wrong—my bagel wasn't toasted as requested, and my coffee was literally just plain milk with no espresso. Overall, an awful experience from start to finish. Management serious needs to retrain their window staff on basic customer service and order accuracy.
Every time you go here, you can order on the app 15 minutes before and it won’t be made until after you arrive. I stood there waiting for 2 coffees while they continued to help people who just walked in. The iced coffee didn’t have the right amounts of anything and my wife threw it away.
