I went through the drive through. They usually get my order right. But lately , most every time they've've gotten it wrong.
This place is in a bad location. Parking is terrible, and the area isn't well designed. Sebring has so many other options if people stop going then maybe the owners in Lakeland would take notice.
They changed their $6 breakfast special from bacon egg and cheese croissant to a two wrap bacon egg and cheese. The wraps were terrible and weren’t even wraps but soft tacos. I couldn’t even get the dark roast coff eevwith the special as i did previously. Avoid this breakfast deal and this dunkin. Service was terrible also.
DO NOT PAY WITH CARD AT THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION!!! Multiple family members and friends have told me that the drive thru workers TIP THEMSELVES! I didn’t believe it until it happened to me. I didn’t notice until I got back home and when I called they said it was only $2 dollars and there was nothing they could do. Those workers should be fired for doing that! They are taking advantage of people and I can’t imagine all the elder people who go their can don’t even notice that.
Drive-thru order: I just ate the best avocado 🥑 toast with everything seeds that I have EVER had - from Dunkin or any where else! A big thanks to whoever made my order. Now sipping on my French vanilla protein milk iced latte that is also excellent.
