Hope you like the taste of cleaning chemicals bc that’s what all there food taste like. Don’t drive away without checking if you have everything you ordered bc 99% of the time they forget half your order. Not to mention none of the girls are friendly, horrible customer service. Go to the one in South Sebring.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers are extremely rude and non attentive to customers. No greeting or anything. Always get my order wrong and never apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointing at how downhill staffing at this location has gotten. Do better !!
I usually love Dunkin’, but the customer service at this location has really gone downhill. Some of the girls working here are very rude and dismissive — no greeting, no smile, and they act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I’ve had multiple experiences where my order was wrong or handed to me without so much as a word. Everyone has off days, but this has become a pattern, and it really takes away from the experience.
