My Barista was Layla. She was friendly & made a fantastic caramel Macchiato to my exact specifications!!!! It was super hot & delicious!! Thanks , Layla!!!!
Was closed a half hour early compared to the hours listed. Saw employees inside cleaning when I tried the door handle. So do you guys have actual business hours or do you just... go off of vibes?
I ordered an iced coffee and a strawberry covered donut. The donut was old. Very stale. I did not receive a straw but the clerk wanted to argue that he did give me one. It was a big deal to him that he gave me that straw even though it was not in the bag. I will not go back to this Dunkin
The place is clean and welcoming, and the customer service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to keep the donuts a little fresher, as they tend to harden fairly quickly by the second day after bringing them home. Other than that, everything is great!
