Wooden off way to start my morning such a negative environment from the moment I ordered my coffee and breakfast to the moment I drove away. The employees were not friendly not attentive and act acted as if they did not want to be there when I asked how their day was they said OK they didn’t even ask if I was doing OK not that I care butjust making small talk. Everytime we go to this Dunkin they are out of the most popular donuts. And they are really not interested in waiting on you. We went today and they had no glazed donuts. We will probably not be going back. With the poor customer service, I’m very surprised you are still in business
What a fun crew! Made my morning even better
Just ordered 2 glazed donuts; stayed in the drive thru for about 10-15mins. There is no way to leave the drive thru either. I had to call and ask them if they can just move the other car up so I can go in and get my stuff. There was no apology or anything. Made us late for work. And the doughnuts were just thrown in the back on top of each other. Didn’t even taste good.
