Most disappointing visit to Dunkin. We have been traveling and heard about the dunkin bucket of donut holes. We wanted to get it for our kids, so we traveled out of our way to visit a Dunkin. 1st impression(drive through) Employee wasn’t responsive to our order. Didn’t confirm anything and didn’t answer any questions we had. No please, thank you for welcome. We asked for donut holes. She said “we don’t have donuts”. Okay. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was so watered down. I also ordered a frozen coffee and it was not blended at all. The service was terrible.
