Stopped here traveling through the area. Spent nearly $30. There were 2 cars ahead of us, when they handed me the first two coffees we sipped our hot coffees while waiting for the rest of our order, but they were literally cold. I mentioned it to the worker who said it's because there were so many people ahead of us and our drinks were sitting on the counter so long. This is the worst Dunkin in the city. The way they run the drive thru is insane and will one day cause a fight. They have drive thru customers waiting to order while mobile app users jump in front of them. I had 4 cars get in front of me while I was waiting to order , I complained about it and was told there's nothing to do about it.
