This location is my absolute favorite! I always order a caramel craze latte add 2 sugars and the flavor is always consistent. I live in Prattville and I drive to this location everyday before work and I also visit on some weekends. Prattville has a location but the staff and food consistency is no comparison to Ann Street location.
Yet another Dunkin location. As with other locations, if you like Dunkins in general, you'll like this one too.
Ordered 2 regular donuts in advance on Friday, pulled up and they didn’t have any donuts… okay fair enough they closed in an hour. The lady said I could come back the next day for some. I come back Saturday, no donuts again. Okay slightly inconvenient but the coffee was good. Come back again Sunday for the donuts and there’s still none. It’s laughable at this point. Now I get why they took donuts out of the name. The refund process is like an act of congress too so frustrated is an understatement.
Ordered 4 dozen THEY WERE STALE!!!!!!!
