The bathroom is closed for many months. I hear due to the light issue.
This place is really sad. The employees are always overly disrespectful, drinks & food have always been off, and it’s just dirty. Drive-thru wait times are ALWAYS 10+ minutes (not exaggerating) and it’s ridiculous. I’m a former Dunkin’ employee so I know how it goes, and the way they run the drive thru is terrible. There’s no reason a drive thru time should be that high, unless you are short staffed and overly busy, which they usually aren’t either of those from what I’ve seen.
