I had an online order that I had placed to pickup. I go through the drive through and they tell me to pull up to the second window. There was 1 car in front of me who was told the same, so they pull up to the second window. The operation setup to pickup online orders is horrible. The first window for drive thru and the second for pickups. Dunkin’ doesn’t sell their Coffee Milk to the public. Which means the only way you can get it is to visit one of their establishments and order a beverage that contains their coffee milk… WHICH IS HARD TO DO IF THEY NEVER HAVE IT! EVERY time I visit this location they’re OUT of Coffee Milk. I cannot be the ONLY one having this problem… you would think the manager/and or owner would adjust their order and keep plenty of it on hand, since it’s what their coffee is known for! Slow service with ONLY ONE other customer in store and NO ONE at drive through. 2 workers in store, no coordination between the two. Doughnuts were cold and begging to be slightly stale. My wife prefer Dunkin, I DO NOT.
Little slow service with 2 workers and no other customers... NOT too fresh doughnuts but, not too stale.
