I always leave a review for bad experiences but I think this store/ shop /bakery or what ever it is classified as deserves a big KUDO's...My wife and I stop by here about 3-4 times a week for coffee, her Dragon Fruit refresher and the dogs Blue berry munchkins and we always have a delightful conversation with the girls working in the morning. Git in line in hopes of ordering a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Stayed in the same spot for almost ten minutes without moving. Left the line and went about my way.
You could drive to any Dunkin in Jacksonville, place your order in person, and go home before this place would have your order ready. Mobile ordering is awful here, you’ll get a watered down drink because it takes them 20 full mins to make food. My iced coffee ALWAYS has regular sugar instead of liquid sugar and that is the way yall are supposed to make it. Doesn't matter if it’s crowded, 8am, 8pm. This staff is completely and utterly useless.
